Factory simulation · VR · Digital twins · Promo films

Your factory,
running before
it's built.

We turn your machines and production lines into interactive 3D simulations, VR experiences and cinematic films, built from real CAD. Show, sell and train without the real machine in the room.

The problem

Your best machine can't always be in the room.

It can't come to the show

Too big, too heavy and too costly to ship, install and run on a stand.

Visitors walk past the stand

Brochures and posters don't stop anyone. A moving machine does.

Buyers can't picture the line

A new line is hard to sell before it's built. 2D drawings don't show it working.

Training on live machines is slow

New operators learn on real equipment, which costs downtime and carries risk.

What we do

One model. Four ways to use it.

You pay for the model once. Then it works at every show, on your website and in your training room.

01

Interactive simulation

Your machine or full line as a 3D digital twin you can walk around and operate.

For sales: show buyers the line before it's built

VR view standing next to the PW-600 parts washer
02

VR stand experience

Visitors put on a headset and stand inside your running factory. No shipping, no install, no power or water.

For trade shows: draws a queue at the stand

Film still of the parts washer drum turning in water
03

Cinematic promo films

HD films rendered from the simulation for LinkedIn, your website, sales emails and stand screens.

For marketing: content that stops the scroll

Training view of the PW-600 with information points
04

Operator training

Guided tasks, info points and a clickable HMI, so staff learn the machine before they touch it.

For the factory floor: mistakes cost nothing

VR at your stand

Bring the whole factory to the show in a backpack.

Our work · Showcase 1

HoneyLine: a complete packing line, live.

Honey jars come in at one end and leave as a wrapped pallet. Every machine moves, every box is tracked, and the line HMI updates counts, speeds and status in real time.

Best for packaging machinery builders · food and drink producers · robot and palletising integrators

PW-600 rotary parts washer cell rendered in Unreal Engine

PW-600 rotary parts washer.

A full industrial washing cell, simulated down to the water: dirty baskets in, clean parts out.

  • Walk the cell in first person or VR
  • Operate or inspect any part
  • Run the full wash cycle from the HMI
  • Cutaway, X-ray and exploded views
  • Live water: flood, bubbles, foam, spray, drain
  • Slow motion, pause and record a film

Why Virtualine

It isn't a cartoon of your machine.
It's your machine, built from your drawings.

Built from real CAD

Real pumps, valves, robots and enclosures, not placeholder boxes.

Real physics

Moving conveyors and robots; water that floods, foams, sprays and drains.

Your brand everywhere

Your logo on nameplates, signage, the HMI and operator workwear.

Looks like a real site

ISO 7010 safety signs, pipe markers, rating plates and floor graphics.

Unity and Unreal

Live interactive builds plus cinema-quality rendered films.

One build, many uses

The same model drives VR, film, training and your website.

How it works

From drawings to a running twin in four steps.

  1. 1

    Brief

Your machine, your show date and what the twin is for.

  2. 2

    Build

We model the machine from your CAD or photos.

  3. 3

    Review

You check it and ask for changes.

  4. 4

    Deliver

VR build, film and / or training app, ready for the show.

What we need from you

  • CAD files STEP, IGES or native, if you have them
  • Photos & video of the machine running, from all sides
  • Logo & colours for nameplates, signs and the HMI
  • Show date so we can plan backwards

The earlier we get CAD and the show date, the more realistic the result.

FAQ

Questions we often hear.

We don't have CAD. Can you still build it?

Yes. Photos, drawings and measurements are enough to start. We model the rest.

Our machine is confidential.

We can show the outside and the process only, and keep the inside detail private.

We only need it for one show.

The same model becomes your film, website content and training tool, so it keeps working long after the show.

Isn't this expensive?

Compare it with shipping, installing and running the real machine at every show, every year. You pay for the model once.

What equipment do we need at the stand?

A VR headset, a laptop or stand screen, and optionally a game controller. No shipping, no install, no power or water for the machine.
